Machlokes in the Beis Din After Rabbi Schwei was elected to the Bais Din he was asked by Rabbi Osdoba to participate in Kashrus supervision. He questioned the propriety of the Vaad HaKashrus being removed from the Vaad HaKohol’s jurisdiction.

In the process of trying to resolve this issue there was in interchange of public letters between the Rabbonim. The result is that Rav Osdoba will not deal with Rav Schwei.

"A Picture is worth more than a Thousand Words":

Here is a Photo and it's Analysis based on the Most Overt 'Body Language' "Spoken" Clearly by all parties in the Photo:

As soon as Rubashkin was elected the first Lie, he Pushed for, was to have us all believe, that he brought about some sort of "Peace" amongst the Rabbonim (Nothing further from the truth BTW).

Here is the Photo which Rubashkin sent to the entire world Media, to "prove" that he (Rubashkin) made the Rabbonim make "Peace".

Notice in the Picture above, the following:
Who is Genuinely Happy and who isn't? Who is smiling and who isn't?

You can see clearly that the Most Happy is Moshe Rubashkin - he is Genuinely 'Moley Simcha' Mamash. He just Pulled the Wool over everyone eyes (successfully, he thinks) to fool us all, into beliveing, we have "Peace" in the Badatz.

You will also notice in the Big Photo of everyone together, that Nash is Looking at what is going on in the Room, Rabbi Schwei is Looking at Rabbi Osdoba. Rabbi Osdoba is looking disinterested in anything that's going on However Rubashkin is the only one who is Looking into the Camera, interested in only one thing: "Posing for the Picture" - He cares little about what is really happening, as long as the "main thing" is that we get this 'Photo Shoot' for the Papers:

On Rabbi Schweis face you can see a Very Broad Smile. Perhaps his smile was a bit "forced" but even so you can see that he is at least trying his best to try as hard as he can to give this "peace" it's best shot.

Just look at Rabbi Osdoba's face! Remeber this photo was shot in the instant where everyone else in the room is jubilent for this Big Simcha, everyone beliveing, (for the moment) that this is finaly Great Moment, we were all waiting for: "Peace in the Badatz".

Rabbi Osdoba and Rabbi Shwei were in effect the "Chosson and Kalla" at this "Wedding". While Rubashkin and the Vaad were the "Unterfirer", who were bringing the Rabbonim "together" under the "Chupa" of the New Vaad.

Even more so, this photo was shot at the instant of their first (and subsequently their ONLY) Handshake in Months (or Years).

What do you expect someone's face to look like, at their own Chasuna, when they shake hands with their own Mechutan, for the first time?

Wouldn't you think the Look would be - the Broadest Smile possible? - True Simcha?

On Rabbi Osdoba's face, unfortunately, you see the look of someone who has "Nothing Further from His Mind" and is "Totally Disinterested" in the Man he is Shaking hands with!

He Can't even Look at his Face?
Look at Rabbi Shwei in the Photo: You see Rabbi Schwei not only with the Broadest Smile but you also notice him LOOKING AT Rabbi Osdoba.

Rabbi Osdoba, is not only not looking, (in return,) at Rabbi Schwei but he looks "Totally Out of It" and Totally Disinterested, even during the Climax of the event - Right in the Middle of this big "Historic Hand Shake"!

Now Analyze this Overt Body Language of this Historic Hand-Shake:

1) You will notice in this photo (end even more clearly in the TOP Complete Photo) that Rabbi Schwei has his hand Reaching Out completely - all the way out - completely stretched out, to Rabbi Osdoba.

2) You will notice that Rabbi Osdoba did not "extend" his hand, to reach out with his hand towards Rabbi Schwei At All, whatsoever. In fact you will notice that Rabbi Osdoba's hand is right by his side, merely bent at 90 degrees but not extending his hand, nor reaching out, at all.

Look at the Hand Shake Itself now:

3) You will notice that Rabbi Schwei's Fingers of his hand are totally "wrapped around" and Grasping Rabbi Osodba's hand, as you would expect from someone genuinely interested in any Hand Shake and at least trying to do his best to 'make peace' by showing the person who's hand he is holding, that he is genuinely interested and happy in this hand shake.

4) Look closely at Rabbi Osdoba's Hand in this Hand Shake photo. Everyone can see very clearly that this hand is just "Laying There" and is "Totally Limp" and not grasping, nor wrapping around, Rabbi Schwei's Hand, at all.

The Photo Speaks for It's self:
It's almost as though the Photo was saying that Rabbi Schwei Did Shake Hands Enthusiastically, with Rabbi Osdoba but Rabbi Osdoba did not Shake Hands with Rabbi Shchwei, rather he "allowed his hand to be shook" by someone else.

Finally we see Leibish Nash: Notice the Look on his face. What does it say?

It speaks loud and Clear. He clearly has a happy look on his face (How can anyone not be happy at such an occasion? Only One person in the photo appears not to be happy at all).

Yet there is a difference in the happiness on Nash's Face as compared to the Look on Rubashkin's face. On Rubashkin's Face you see someone who is literally Beaming from Simcha. He had just now, Fooled the Entire World, into thinking they have a (Fake) "Peace", the Lie of the Century. True, this was on the day of Rubashkins big win of the Elections, but it was also the big day, when Nash was elected, too!

Nash appears happy, but I would describe it more as "cautiously hopefull".

I get the impression from his look, that he is "saying" (thinking):

"I just can't believe that this is Really going Down....Can This Really be Happening?.....Who Knows...Maybe Maybe Maybe this will, one day, become a 'Real Peace' at some future date....you just never know....Let's Hope for the Best...Halevai (I Wish)"
