Rabbi Avrohom Osdoba is now in a NIDOY by Beis Din Tzedek Of America - Ein Moshe ! ! !

The 3 Rabbonim of the Zabla, who issued the Nidoy are:
Horav Arye Mordechai Rabinovitch (Mitzad Horav Osdobo)
Horav Shmuel Freid (Mitzad Sholom Horowitz)
Horav Shlomo Ben Tziyon Herbst (the Sholish)

The Nidoy was Issued against Horav Avrohom Osdoba (and also against his son), on Friday, Erev Shabbos Parshas SHOFTIM, by the Osdoba Family's, SIGNED and AGREED upon (with Kabolas Kinyan), ZABLA Beis Din, where the Osdoba Family, were themselves the PLAINTIFF in this case and had agreed and signed to follow the Psak Din of this Beis Din ! ! !

The Prestigious Beis Din of America states in their Siruv and Nideoy against Horav Osdoba (and his son), that Horav Osdoba (and his son), are now completely disqualified in any capacity as a Rav or Eidus or for any Hechsher/Hashgoches (i.e. the "CHK").

Despite Rabbi Osdoba having been placed into a Cherem by Beis Din Tzedek of America, Ein Moshe, he was the Mesader Kidushin Meir Eichlers Chasuna in 770.

Anash who are concerned for the wellbeing of their children's chasuna, are are strongly urged to not use a Menude for Sidur Kidushin.

You can't play "games" with Shulchan Aruch, which states that he is Posul L'Eidus, his Hashgocha is no Hashgocha and it is forbidden Al Pi Shulchan Aruch to even be in his Daled Amos.

If you can't say "SHEHASIMCHA BIMONO" if there is a lack of Tznius at a Chasuna, al achas kama vekama that you can't say SHEHASIMCHA BIMONO if the entire wedding is officiated by someone who (Neged Hashem and Neged Hashulchan Aruch), is a Menude, where Yidden and Hashem may not even be in his Daled Amos of this Menude.

The CHEREM against Rabbi Osdoba is intensifying with more and more Rabbonim, from all over the world, who are all, coming out against Rabbi Osdobas refusal to follow a Din Torah and his going against the Torah by his encouraging, going to court, in direct defiance of the Beis Din.

The Unelected "helpers" in the Beis Din, (whom Rabbi Osdoba maintains, that they are Kaviyochol "Rabbonim",) i.e. Zirgind Segal and Reitport, EVEN THEY, are all fighting with Rabbi Osdoba and they are all screaming at him, why Rabbi Osdoba refuses to Listen to the Psak Din of the Beis Din.

The Cherem against Rabbi Osdoba keeps on getting Stronger by the day as more and more Rabbonim, join in, to confirm the original Nidoy against Rabbi Osdoba.

Rabbi Osdoba was not in 770 last Shabbos and he is not expected to be in 770 on Rosh Hashonoh.

Thursday Night, after Maariv in 770, a letter by Rabbi Schwei one on side, and the orginal Ksav Siruv, on the other side, was distributed in 770.

In this letter Rabbi Schwei writes to the Rabbonim, who had originally placed Rabbi Osdoba in Cherem.

Rabbi Schwei and Rabbi Bogomilsky write, to dispel the false rumors spread by the Menude and his handfull of followers that Badataz here, was involved in any way.

Rabbi Schwei confirms that neither Rabbi Heller nor Rabbi Schwei were invloved in any way , trying to "undoe" the Cherem and Rabbi Schwei, says that the Cherem against Rabbi Osdoba is 100% valid and in full force.

Latest News - What Happened On Rosh Hashonoh

Usually Rabbi Osdoba always davans in 770 on Rosh Hashonoh and is on the Bima during Tekios - as the Makri for Tekios and Rabbi Osdoba always gets an Aliyah in 770, as the Minhag is.

This year Rabbi Osdoba was not in 770 for Rosh Hashonoh and Rabbi Schwei was in his place on the Bima as the Makri for Tekios.

Rabbi Osdoba davened in Chevre Shas, this Rosh Hashonoh, but he was not given an Aliya in Chevre Shas either.

Thursday, Tzom Gedalya Rabbi Osdoba was observed to be personally hanging up his own letter on the wall (at Auction Mart) and personally handing out his letter, to people in the street.

The letter he was distributing, he had written himself, on his own personal HOME STATIONARY (not on the stationary of the Beis Din), where Rabbi Osdoba is defending himself, that "he is right" and that he can never be wrong, and his reasoning is: "because the Rebbe Chose him" he writes.

Rabbi Osdoba, in his letter, is also attacking all other Rabbonim who have paskened, a Psak Din, L'Halacha Lemaaseh that Rabbi Osdoba is currently in a full fledged, Nidoy, Bechol Hatokef, that this can't be, "because the Rebbe Chose him".

In this letter which Rabbi Osdoba was observed, to be personally distributing, Rabbi Osdoba has no other supporters, signing his letter with him and even the actual physical distribution, Rabbi Osdoba had to do it, all by himself, personally.

Today, Thursday, also marks the the first date in of the court case, where L.Y. Osdoba (also in Cherem), went to court in defiance of the Psak Din of the Beis Din, which Rabbi Osdoba's Family had signed that they agree to follow.

It is L.Y. Osdoba fathers instigation and support of the defiance of the Beis Din and going to Arkoes, (secular court) which prompted the Beis Din to put both of them, in to Cherem.

The court case today, has been postponed for about 3 weeks, to allow for further negotiations.

Let us be moichel, but never forget, the "heroic" netzigim who, DIRECTLY, got us into this mess by facilitating the election of Moishe Rubashkin in order to protect the honor of the Rav.

A private divorce case has turned into a public matter when Levi Osdoba refused give his wife a get. The couple was unable to settle custododial and financial matters. They finally agreed to go to a Zablo, each side chose a Rov, made a kinyan and went on with the Din Torah.

When Levi Osdoba began to realize that the ruling would not be in his favor, he pulled out of the Din Torah. Rabbi Avraham Osdoba who is the Mara Dasra of the Crown Heights and in charge of the Hashgacha for CHK (Crown Heights Kashrus), permitted his son Levi to take this matter to the civil courts.

The Beit Din implored both father and son to return the matter to the Din Torah that they previously chose and made a Kinyan to follow.

The Beit Din was subsequently forced to take action and placed a Nideoy on both Rabbi Avraham Osdoba and his son Levi.

The esteemed Beit Din of America states in their Siruv and Nideoy against Horav Osdoba (and his son), that they are now completely disqualified in any capacity as a Rav or Eidus or for any Hechsher/Hashgoches (i.e. the "CHK").

Rabbi Yisroel Belsky, the OU Kosher, Senior Halachic Consultant and Rosh Yeshivah of Torah Vodaath, was asked by Rabbi Osdoba to help get him off the hook, for Rabbi Osdoba's failure to follow a clear Psak Din in Shulchan Aruch of listening to the Beis Din of Zabla, which his own family had chosen and agreed to follow.

Rabbi Belsky responded to Rabbi Avrohom Osdoba, BLASTING him (and his son) for not listening to the Beis Din of Zabla, and affirmed the Cherem against Rabbi Avrohom Osdoba and his son for going to court in direct contempt of Rabbinical Court, the Beis Din of America Ein Moshe.
