Rabbi Osdoba Concedes Defeat - Totally UPGESHLOGEN by Rabbi Schwei at Siyum Horambam

Although Rabbi Osdoba always tries to imply that his Lomdes and Geones is far superior to any other Rav, he unfortunately never has any Siyata Dishmaya in his Chidushey Torah as he always ends up saying things that are easily proven to be the Opposite of what is clearly stated Beferush in Sforim.

Rabbi Osdoba prides himself in his "extensive Marey Mekomos", to his "letters" but they are nearly always proven to be wrong and anyone who takes the time to actually look up Rabbi Osdoba's Marey Mekomos sees that, very frequently, it says the exact opposite of what Rabbi Osdoba claims it says and his own Marey Mekomos, actually disproves his own Dvar Torah's.

Obviously there is no Sayata Dishmaya, when someones entire life revolves around being Machzik Bemachlokes, refuses to go to a Din Torah of Zabla, because he wants to be a Dan Yechidi and doesn't want equitable power sharing of the Rabbonus, fairly 50/50.
