DaasHakohol.com has reported long ago, about many Kashrus Concerns voiced, not only by Crown Heights, critics of the current CHK, but by Yidden from all walks of life, who have no political agenda, at all, against the CHK.

After many years of a total lack of proper Kashrus Standards at Rubashkin Meats, one of the most highly respected Hechsherim in the frum world; The KAJ, has finally agreed, to completely remove their Hechser, from all Rubashkin Meat and Poultry, as of Yud Alef Nissan 5768.

Crown Heights residents are now eagerly awaiting to see if the CHK will also follow the lead of the KAJ, to also rescind their Rubber Stamped Hechser from Rubashkin.

In the meantime Crown Heights can safely purchase non-Rubashkin Meat and Poultry at Reitports Crown Kosher butcher store on Kingston Ave.

Reitport's Crown Kosher store, does not carry any Rubashkin Meat or Poultry products. Instead, Crown Kosher Meat uses only David Eliot TRUE Lubavitcher Shechita Meat and Poultry.

When Catering a Simcha in Crown Heights, those makpid on Higher Standards of Kashrus, have always requested, that the Caterer use only David Eliot, Lubavitcher Shechita and non-Rubashkin products only.
