Court Uncovers Rabbi Osdoba's Letter, Contradicting His Own Psak Din (reasoning)!


Shortly before our recent elections, Rabbi Osdoba had distributed a "Psak Din" Warning Crown Heights Residents, not to participate in the Rosh Chodesh Sivan, May 24th, Vaad Hakohol Elections.

In that letter he justified his decision by saying that elections should be delayed until there is peace between the Rabbonim.

Most of Crown Heights voters understood that Rabbi Osdoba's real concern was to keep Rubashkin in power, and therefore, most of them, disregarded Rabbi Osdoba's instructions.

Court documents with Rabbi Osdoba's letter head and signature now prove, that the attempts to block elections were motivated only in order to keep Rubashkin in power.

This newly discovered and revealing Letter was part of the court proceedings yesterday June 8th, where Rubashkin faction had sought to obtain a TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) against the Newly elected Vaad, which the Judge denied and instead had awarded the New Vaad a TRO to keep the Rubashkin group as well as Segal, Reitport and Zirkind out of the offices of the CHJCC.

It was during these proceedings that the Letter signed by Rabbi Osdoba (also signed by Segal), addressed to Lang and Plotkin, was made public by the New Vaad in court.

This Letter states clearly that it was Rabbi Osdoba's intent to keep Rubashkin in power, all the time, even while Rubashkin is in Jail and that elections must be blocked at all costs until Rubashkin comes out of Jail.

Further more Rabbi Osdoba clearly indicates in his letter, that he wants Rubashkin to continue to issue orders, directly from Federal Prison and that Rubashkin should continue to dictate how the entire CHJCC, Vaad Hakohol and all of CH runs, by issuing orders to all of C.H., directly from his Jail Cell!
