- As a direct result of Rabbi Y. Osdoba's Mesira,
Eliyahu Ezagui has NOW been arrested today.
In a surprisingly quick move by Federal Prosecutors, he has already been Arraigned in court, on Monday, on the very same day of his Arrest.
So Far, Bail has been denied because he was considered to be a Flight Risk.
DaasHakohol has inside information that there is a very real possibility that more people, (very close to
Eliyahu Ezagui) associated with this case, may also be arrested on Tuesday 7/15/2008 or at some time later, as a result of Rabbi Y. Osdoba's Mesira.
DaasHakohol has learned form a source, very close to this case, that the Charges are related to alleged Mortgage Fraud.
