HISTORY - of the Netzigim In 1986 the Rebbe began a series of Sichos at the Farbrengens that criticized those who apposed the Elections for the Rabbonim of the Badatz. After many months, and with the Rebbe's Approval, the same Netzigim which organized the Elections for the Rabbonim, also Organized the Elections for Vaad Hakohol and Board of Directors of the CHJCC
The end result was the popular election of the Vaad HaKohol by all the members of the community.
Since the membership of the JCC is made up of the Shuls in the Neighborhood, Delegates from each Shul were selected and formed the Bylaws of the Vaad Hakohol and the CHJCC. |
