Inside the CHJCC In the absence of an Executive Director the employees are sailing around like a rudderless ship. Programs are not realizing their quotas and funding is constantly in jeopardy. Increasing complaints about employees not providing services to the neighborhood are being heard.

Several programs have been lost and funding for long-time employees is in Jeopardy.

One of the first acts that Rubashkin did was to fire Botnick, reportedly for questioning his fitness to run for Vaad HaKohol since he is a convicted felon on probation.

After the employees rebelled against the unilateral decision of Rubashkin to change their health plan to save the Council money, the decision was temporarily reversed.
